Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotion will be clearly displayed at checkout.

US:Free shipping on orders over $57 USD. Orders under $57 USD incur a $5.49 shipping fee.
GB: Free shipping on orders over £42. Orders under £42 incur a £4,09 shipping fee.
AU: Free shipping on orders over $82AUD. Orders under $82 AUD incur a shipping fee of $7.91 AUD.
CA: Orders over CAD 78 qualify for free shipping. Orders under CAD 78 incur a shipping fee of CAD 7.51.
EU:Orders over EUR 48 qualify for free shipping. Orders under EUR 48 incur a shipping fee of EUR4.64.
Prices will be converted based on the exchange rate of your local currency.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@talentbabyshop.com within 8 business days of the expected delivery date.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already shipped, we may be unable to redirect the package. TALENTBABY is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
