Calm Chill Refund policy

At TALENTBABY, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, we are happy to assist you within 120 days of delivery, following the guidelines outlined below:

 

Refund Process: 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a refund within 120 days of receiving your item, provided the item is in good condition, undamaged, and includes all original components and packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage costs. Refunds will not be processed for items that do not meet these conditions.

 

Restocking Fees (Original Packaging Intact):

If the item is returned with its original packaging and the external plastic seal is intact, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the final purchase price. Our team will assess the condition upon receiving the return.

 

Restocking Fees (Packaging Opened):

If the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken, a 30% restocking fee will be applied, as the product can no longer be resold for safety reasons. Our team will determine the applicable fee once the return is inspected.

 

Warranty Claims & Faulty Products:

If your TALENTBABY product is faulty, we will arrange a replacement once it is confirmed as defective. Please consult our troubleshooting guide here for testing your product. Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or defective item.

 

Exchanges:

To request an exchange, please follow the return procedure for your original item. Once the returned item is inspected and accepted, we will process your refund. Afterward, you may place a new order.

 

Lifetime Warranty:

TALENTBABY products come with a lifetime warranty, offering up to two replacements for any manufacturer defects or if the product is non-functional upon arrival. This warranty excludes any damage resulting from misuse or accidents.

 

Order Cancellations:

Gift Returns & Third-Party Retailers:

For gift returns, a merchandise credit will be issued upon approval. For items purchased from third-party retailers, please contact the retailer directly for exchanges or refunds.
