CalmChill Return Policy

If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 120 days of delivery.

Return Process:

Email SUPPORT@TALENTBABYSHOP.COM with the subject line “Initiate Return.”
Your email must include:
- Product photos
- Your full name
- Order number

• We will provide return instructions and the designated return address.
• We’ll help you with the easiest and most cost-effective return option.
• If the product does not meet your expectations, we will assist in negotiating to cover part of the return shipping costs.

Risk-Free Trial-If the product does not meet your expectations, we will assist in covering a portion of the return shipping costs.

After receiving and verifying your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

For international returns, we will provide you with a warehouse address based on your location. This will be sent to you in the return initiation email

Damages and Incorrect Items:
We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at SUPPORT@TALENTBABYSHOP.COM. Our team will evaluate the issue and provide the necessary support to resolve it as quickly as possible.

To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the product and original packaging (including accessories) in good condition.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item, we recommend following our return process first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
For customers located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns under the EU cooling-off period.

This 14-day cooling-off period applies only to customers in the European Union.
